Due to our items being custom made to order we cannot accept refunds. We do however, accept exchanges for sizing only (up or down a size of the same item). Items must be returned unworn within 3 working days in a saleable condition. If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition we will return the item back to you. We do not accept a free returns service, and recommend the item being posted back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery as we don’t take responsibility for items lost whilst on their way back to us.
